zoom position. Move the object off IVS-100, or adjust the zoom position.
• Some objects are difficult to focus on by the external Auto Focus camera.
When the objects are still out of focus, adjust the focus using manual focus-
ing, or change the objects using Pan/Tilt operation or Zooming features on
the external camera.
Q: The color of the image is poor or strange
A:
• To insure the images you are viewing are the best they can be, set the Display
property setting (color quality) to 16bit at least and 24 bit or higher if possible
within your computer.
•The configuration on the IVS-100 image display is incorrect. You need to adjust
the image related parameters such as brightness, contrast, hue and saturation
properly.
Q: Image flickers
A: Wrong power line frequency makes images flicker. Make sure the NTSC or
PAL format of your IVS-100
.• If the object is dark, the image will flicker. Make the condition around the IVS-
100 brighter.
Q: Noisy images occurs
A: The video images might be noisy if the external camera is located in a very low
light environment. Make the condition around the camera brighter.
Q: How to Reboot the IVS-100
A: If you just want to reboot system without change anything. Go to Network page
and click SAVE button directly, then system will reboot again.
Q: Can not play the recorded AVI file
A: Have installed Microsoft’s® DirectX 9.0 or later and use the Windows Media
Player 9 or later to play the AVI filed recorded by the ActiveX.
